Last night Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon shared a photo on Instagram, smiling. However, the photo caption was not very good:

“It’s okay not to be okay. I’ve been through the ringer and back. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store.”

Her followers immediately supported her. One fan commented:

“The show should continue with your immediate family and Alana. The whole franchise was started bc of Honey Booboo and her life. It should continue as so and her new life with you, school and gigs. ”

Referring to Pumpkin’s mother, another follower added:

“Without her crack addicted mother and Geno… I agree”

Remembering that Pumpkin today has custody of his sister Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson since his mother, June Shannon, have allegedly resisted the idea of dropping drugs and her boyfriend, Geno Doak.
