For Muhammad, happiness does not consist of complicated things, and the greatest causes of unhappiness are materialism and the eternal desire to have what one does not have.

“If you don’t simplify things and make yourself happy,” wrote Mohamed, “(know that) no one will knock on your door and deliver a box full of happiness!”
