In the “90 Day Fiancé” season being aired by the American TLC, star Angela Deem was spotted performing a botulinum toxin application on her face.

And apparently Angela decided to apply botox once again: she was “tagged” yesterday at Refresh Integrative Medicine & Aesthetics, a Pennsylvania aesthetic clinic.

“She missed us so much she decided to return”, the photo caption said.
