This week, the official profile of “7 Little Johnstons” announced that Elizabeth Johnston, following in her sister Anna’s footsteps, is about to enter nursing school.

“It’s official”, the caption in the published photo said. “College studies will begin in the fall! Patients will be blessed to have her as their nurse.”

Elizabeth then thanked her mother, the likely author of the post, for the congratulations:
