This week, “Unexpected” star Mckayla Adkins revealed that she and her ex-boyfriend, Caelan Morrison, went to court to rule on custody of their two children, Timothy and Gracelynn.

For some time, Caelan had been complaining on social networks that Mckayla didn’t allow him to see their children. On the subject, Adkins admitted to being true, but that she had her reasons.

“There were some disagreements and I decided that he was not in a good position to see our children” Mckayla explained. “He hasn’t seen the children for a while and that was my decision.”

However, Mckayla was regretful of his actions. She also gave advice regarding the division of custody between parents.

“(If I could go back) I would never do what I did because it’s not a mature way of acting”, she confessed. “I thought I was doing my best for the kids, and in the end I was just keeping them away from their dad.”

McKayla Adkins has stated that she and Caelan Morrison have already agreed, and that visits will always be supervised until she feels safe leaving the children with their father.
