Men’s Health says “90 Day Fiancé” couples receive a value for their participation, but not too high.
According to Radar Online, “90 Day Fiancé” pays $1000 to $1500 for each regular episode, and $2500 for the tell-all, but only to the US participant. Foreigners cannot be paid until they have a visa that allows them to work in the country.
According to blogger John Yates, spin-off participants get different values. Couples’ pay in “Before 90 Days” is $500 per episode, while those who participate in “Happily Ever After?” receive $2000 to $7500 per episode. Family and friends appearing on the show receive about $250.
Usually, at the end of the season, each participant returns to his normal job to maintain his survival.
