In that video, Anfisa explains a little about her student life and gives college students tips on how to optimize their learning.

According to Anfisa Nava, to do well, you have to do something you like. The star also mentioned the need for advance planning, good relationships with her teachers and studying outside the classroom, but pointed out that nourishing well and having fun from time to time is paramount.

Remembering that Anfisa’ husband, Jorge Nava, still serves a sentence for possession of narcotics.
