“Mama” June Shannon and her boyfriend Geno Doak were indicted for possession of controlled (narcotic) substances.

The Alabama state court reviewed the evidence and formalized the charges, as the documents revealed by The Blast show:

“The Grand Jury of [Macon County] charges that before the finding of this Indictment June Shannon (…)  did unlawfully posses a controlled substance, to-wit: Cocaine (…) did unlawfully posses with intent to use to inject, ingest, inhale or otherwise introduce into the human body, drug paraphernalia, to wit: a pipe.” 

The same accusation was made to Geno Doak. The indictment does not indicate condemnation, meaning there is no guarantee that Shannon and Doak will end up in jail.

Apparently June and Geno did not attend the court. However, her sister, Doe Doe Shannon, was there accompanied by a production and cameras (perhaps from WeTV). Sources informed TMZ that it would be another attempt at June intervention. But without success.

Remembering that June and Geno were arrested in March this year, carrying crack and drug supplies.
