While “Mama June From Not to Hot” stars Mike “Sugar Bear” Thompson and “Mama June Shannon” participated in the show, Sugar Bear mentioned many of his infidelities during his relationship with June.

Not only did Mike Thompson admit to have cheated June several times, he also mentioned that he had once had a relationship with a man and once with his ex-wife in his truck.

Patricia East, Sugar Bear’s ex wife, in an interview with Star Magazine, mentioned that June, while pregnant with Alana, had tried to kill herself with an overdose of medications. As a result, Sugar Bear would have asked Patricia to depart from them, which she accepted.

However, according to Radar Online, Patricia also believed that June already had a relationship with Mike Thompson while they were still living together. East said June Shannon even called her home in 2004, identifying herself as “the other woman of Sugar Bear.”
