“I’m Jazz” star Griffin Jennings published a photo carrying his twin brother Sander in his arms.

The photo was a tribute to “Twins Day” and to commemorate Sander’s graduation, which must take place within a month.

The photo caption was:

“One week till my brother graduates! Proud of you and all your accomplishments. Happy National Twin Day.”

Griffin and Sander Jannings are currently 21 years old.
