According to Starcasm, Tyler Nafziger, father of “90 Day Fiancé” star Nicole Nafziger, was arrested Monday, October 23, for battery and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tyler was arrested at a gas station after an argument with a woman. The alleged victim alleged that she had met Nafziger a few days ago, and that he had promised to help her move out of “her half way house”.

According to the witness who called the police, Tyler Nafziger reportedly placed the woman in a headlock, which he denied to the arresting officer. However, Tyler’s situation got worse when the police found him with a crack pipe – which had remnants of the drug.

Also in accordance with Starcasm, the bail was set at $1000, but Tyler is still allegedly in police custody.
