This week, the Johnstons made one more trip, this time to North Carolina.
Apparently the reason for the displacement is the birthday of Amber’s children’s grandfather and father.
One of the followers wondered about children’s decision-making autonomy now that they are older.
“Now some of the children are grown”, commented the follower. “Can they choose to go no on these trips?”
The answer from the official family profile was kind but direct:
“Yes, but not on this trip!”
Although studying in another city, like her brothers, Anna Johnston accompanied her parents.
